Using UEFI BIOS Updater
- Download the latest version of UEFI BIOS Updater from the developer’s website.
- Extract the downloaded archive to a folder on your computer.
- Locate the BIOS file for your motherboard. Typically this file has the extension .bin or .rom.
- Rename the BIOS file to bios.bin and copy it to the UBU folder.
- Double-click the UBU.bat file to launch the UEFI BIOS updater.
- Click the “Upload Image” button and select the bios.bin file that you copied to the UBU folder.
- UEFI BIOS Updater will download the BIOS image and display detailed information about the BIOS.
- Check for any warnings or errors in the log window.
- If everything looks fine, click the “Flash Image” button to update the BIOS.
- Wait for the BIOS update process to complete. This may take several minutes, and your computer may restart several times during the process.
- Once the BIOS update is complete, restart your computer and check the BIOS version to make sure it was updated successfully.
